The EmbodyMind Clinic is a mental health clinic that specializes in treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic stress. Our clinicians are all trained and licensed to offer appropriate services for psychotherapy. In addition to psychotherapy, we also have a movement studio to help engage the body in treatment, if this is part of your treatment plan and approach.
